How SleepValor works.

A plain-language walkthrough of the Sphere, Gap Report, and Experiment — without medical claims. Built for people whose sleep got knocked off track, and for people already optimizing who still can’t get one coherent picture.

What SleepValor is

SleepValor is sleep intelligence software from PineWoodsAI. It connects wearables, labs, habits, and history into one view so you can surface patterns, see what’s missing, and try one informed experiment at a time.

It is a synthesis tool — the conductor, not another instrument. It does not replace your wearable, your labs, or your doctor. It helps you see their signals as one connected picture.

The Sphere

The Sphere is SleepValor’s connected picture of what may be influencing your sleep. Instead of four dashboards giving four different opinions, available data is brought into one place.

In product language, the Sphere is organized as a multi-facet map across foundation signals (such as labs and related history), function signals (such as glucose, body composition, and sleep architecture), and flow signals (such as activity, environment, and how nights feel). Exact facets shown depend on what you’ve connected or uploaded.

The Gap Report

After the Sphere, SleepValor narrows attention with a Gap Report: a prioritized look at what’s missing or still unresolved in the picture you have so far.

Gaps are not diagnoses. They are prompts — missing data, open questions, or unresolved patterns — so you can decide what to gather next or what to discuss with a clinician, not a prescription for treatment.

The Experiment

An Experiment is one bounded variable to try next, tracked against your own baseline over time. The point is sequencing: change one thing deliberately instead of stacking supplements, schedule tweaks, and tracker settings all at once.

SleepValor does not promise a specific sleep outcome. It helps you run a clearer next step and see whether your own data moved — then decide, with your own judgment and ideally your doctor, what to do with that.

Versus your wearable

Your wearable shows you what happened. SleepValor connects that to labs, habits, and history to help surface what may be contributing — and what to try next.

You do not need a wearable to explore SleepValor, though one is recommended when you have it. SleepValor is not a competitor to Oura, WHOOP, or similar tools; it is meant to sit above them as a synthesis layer.

Medical disclaimer

SleepValor is not a physician, does not diagnose, and does not treat medical conditions. Nothing on this site or in the product is medical advice.

Insights should be validated with your own healthcare provider before you act on them. SleepValor will not tell you what supplement or medication to take, or at what dose — bring those questions to a doctor or pharmacist.
